Abstract

This article carries out a prosopographic analysis of a total of 17 prominent Moorish families that remained in the city of Guadix between the expulsions carried out in 1570 y 1584, wich allows to analyzing the evolution of the group in its economic, social and cultural indicators and the degree of effectiveness of the last of the aforementioned expulsions.
